About us and this position:
We are looking for an Account Management Intern, in Madrid, with a passion for the B2B industry, the sale of software, Customer Relationship Management and with aspirations to grow personally and professionally in a constantly changing and highly motivating environment within our high growth technological company.
You will join a high growth digital company with a fast and dynamic work rhythm culture, based on transparency, responsibility and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of existing and new accounts. Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers to provide first class support, in addition to working with other internal teams (engineering, finance, marketing …) to meet their needs and identify new opportunities to sell our products and services.
  • Keep the sales channel updated for internal control, as well as for financial reports and forecasting and business planning.
  • Generating new leads.
  • Always stay updated on the industry and market trends. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, threats from the competition, ways to improve our sales cycle and opportunities to provide greater value to customers by offering greater corporate services.
  • Become a valuable representative of the company and its brand in the market.

For this position, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
  • Sales experience working in digital companies or managing accounts will be of advantage.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (Level C2). Additional languages will be of advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
