PURPOSE
Support the digital transformation of the Company with the objective to provide best health solutions for patients, healthcare professionals, payers and other stakeholders.

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with local marketing, medical, sales and market access teams to roll-out a multichannel and customer centric brand strategy, based on key insights around best-in-class customer engagement.
  • Lead and execute digital projects, ensuring a good implementation and best user experience. Responsible to define digital KPIs and measuring success through digital analytics and reporting.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of iPad based promotional material to provide our field force with the best interactive materials and rep-triggered emails, increasing iPad usage and adoption.
  • Work with key launch brands, to define options for MCM solutions, digital strategies and digital media use across customer groups (webs, apps, social media etc.).
  • Drive outside-in (customer focused) thought leadership in understanding new trends in customer needs, competitive strategies & the evolving technological landscape. Derives insights and hypotheses on use of digital technology across customer groups. Facilitate and actively promote sharing of best practices across franchises.
  • Leverage digital capabilities and educate employees of the Company on digital technologies and solutions.
  • As requested by brands, help brand teams select, on board and manage effective agency partnerships (creative and media), acting as a single point of contact, as they relate to digital strategy planning or execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with all the areas in the CPO (Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy, Quality, IT) which needs to be involved in all digital innovative solutions. Work as Digital Governance Champion for Spain.

  • Marketing and Sales Representative impact with advanced selling tools
  • CPO adoption rate of solutions for marketing, sales, medical, and market access teams
  • Strong partnership with Global & Region & CPO champions with demonstrated success in deploying local solutions
  • Differentiated solutions developed and implemented for local stakeholders.
  • Positive benchmarking versus selected competitors
  • Correct design, implementation and measurement of digital projects
  • Leverage use of analytical dashboards across the organization

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, marketing or similar. Desirable specific education in digital marketing.
  • Previous job experience of 2-3 years minimum in a digital role, either in communication, marketing or similar departments. Experience with digital analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
  • Previous job experience in advertising agency is a plus
