Futways (ISCESOCCER S.L.) is a startup whose mission is to helpdevelop soccer in the USA. Our vision is that soccer is becoming a global forceand it is going to be more and more followed in the US. Our ambition is to beone of the top 3 companies in the soccer space in the US.

Co-foundersare a group of Spaniards and Americans who have a deep know-how and know-who ofSpanish and US soccer. We are in the process of creating digital content (courses, videos, etc.) and also offline programs, both in Spain and in the USA. We have representation agreements with LaLiga teams for the US market (Real Betis, etc.)

Overall responsibilities (Futways’ managing partner is a experienced marketing professional who will provide guidance):

  1. Improve website
  2. Social media activity
  3. Coordinate CRM actions with the goal to gain subscribers
  4. Execute paid media campaigns (Fb Ads, etc.)
  5. Coordinate the development of digital content (involving our partner soccer teams) such as videos, etc.
  6. Implement newsletter and coordinate content creation with authors (soccer coaches, etc.)
  7. Organize and promote educational webinars
  8. Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns
  9. Define and monitor KPIs
  10. Coordinate all other online and offline marketing activities

NecessarySkills & Attributes 

Have a strong bias for action

High level of English

Ability to work with very limited resources (company growth to be funded withrevenue from customers)

Professionalism and integrity

A passion and craft for building relationships

A love of sports (soccer)

Roll-up-your sleeves attitude (the company is at is infancy) 

 

Flexible location. ISCESOCCER S.L. (Futways) is Spanish company but the partners split their time between Spain (Barcelona) and the US (New York).
