What are we looking for from you?

We are looking for a passionate, curious, and proactive Communication Trainee to join our Barcelona-based team. If you’re a social media lover, have a creative mindset and are eager to learn how communication works inside a fast-growing international brand, this is your opportunity. You’ll collaborate closely with the communication team and contribute to the day-to-day presence of HAAN across platforms, learning and growing every step of the way.

 

Responsibilities

● Support in the management and monitoring of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Content scheduling and community management: replying to messages, engaging with the community, and keeping an eye on trends.

● Creating dynamic and reactive content aligned with the brand’s daily storytelling.

● Support in influencer seeding campaigns.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions, copywriting, and PR-related actions. Requirements

● Living in Barcelona and available to work from our offices.

● Real passion for social media, with interest in branding, cosmetics, and sustainability.

● Proactivity, adaptability, and a strong desire to contribute.

● Good level of English (especially written comprehension of briefings will be valued).

● A strong will to learn and live a real professional experience in a dynamic environment.
